摘要
医院信息系统的研究与应用,对提高医院管理水平,加速医院现代化进程意义重大,如不解决好医院信息系统建设中存在的标准化问题,必将影响全国医药信息广域网的实现,并造成人、财、物的大量浪费。因此,改革医院管理模式,加大医药卫生信息标准化建设力度,规范软件开发市场是搞好标准化建设的关键。
Hospital information system is overviewed from dimensions: connectivity issues over various metwork technologies should not be a problem today with common standards developed by the international community through the adoption of International Telecommunications Union (ITU) committee recommendations; networks will be formed with centres of excellence in a variety of therapeutic areas, delivering long - distance consultations and Continuing Medical Education (CME); bridging technologies to conneet multiple medical sites together will be further increased in functionality and ease of use, with new developments visible every day and patient care improved; telemedicine is quickly becoming an integral component in the delivery of modern healthcare, making the best expertises avilable when and where needed.
