摘要
以“勿忘我”幼嫩花序为外植体,进行组织培养快繁技术的研究。试验结果表明:在起始培养基附加20mg/L的苯甲酸钠对抑制污染有一定作用。其最适的芽增殖培养基为:MS+BA1.0+NAA0.1+3%砂糖,交替附加0.5mg/LGA3的效果为好,诱导生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.4+2%砂糖为佳。
Using the young inflorescence as material, tissue culture of L.sinuatum was studied. The results showed that the contamination can be effectively controlled on the initiated medium containing 20mg/L sodium benzoate. The most suitable medium for bud multiplication was MS+BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+ sucrose 3%, adding 0.5 mg/LGA3 alternately .The optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS+NAA0.4 mg/L+ sucrose 2%.
