秦巴山区野生百合组培苗耐盐性的初步评价 被引量:7

Assessment of Salt-tolerance of in vitro Lilium Species from Qinba Mountain Area

摘要 以耐盐指数、相对生长率和相对叶绿素指数为指标,在组培条件下对5种野生百合21份百合材料进行耐盐性评价,利用各指标的隶属函数值对所有材料进行聚类分析。结果表明,不论从耐盐指数、相对生长率,还是从相对叶绿素指数来看,供试百合材料间的耐盐性差异都达极显著水平。从整体上看,宜昌百合、卷丹与野百合耐盐性较强,山丹次之,宝兴最弱。聚类分析结果将供试材料分为3大类群,耐盐类、中等耐盐类和盐敏感类。其中耐盐材料主要包括宜昌百合、野百合和卷丹,盐敏感材料主要是山丹和宝兴百合。 Salt tolerance of five Lilium species in vitro seedlings was evaluated by salt-resistance index,relative growth rate and relative chlorophyll index.Then all the tested materials were cluster analyzed through subordinate function value of each index.Results indicated that salt tolerance among tested Lilium species were of highly significant difference in salt-resistance index,relative growth rate and relative chlorophyll index.In general,Lilium leucanthum Baker,L.brownii,L.lancifolium had relatively strong salt-tolerance,L.pumilum took the second place while L.duchartrei exhibited the weakest salt resistance.Results of cluster analysis showed that all tested materials could be separated into three groups,anti-salt group,middle anti-salt group and salt-sensitive group.Anti-salt group mainly included Lilium leucanthum,L.brownii,L.lancifolium while salt-sensitive group were mainly L.pumilum and L.duchartrei.
