摘要
目的 探讨面神经麻痹的发病机制与面神经的解剖学关系。方法 选用 30侧成人尸体进行显微解剖并进行分析研究。结果 在面神经管内面神经在膝状神经节处分出岩浅大神经 ,在鼓室后壁锥隆起后侧发出镫骨肌神经 ,在茎乳孔上方 6mm处发出鼓索神经。在面神经管外分出耳后神经 ,二腹肌神经和茎突舌骨肌神经 ,在腮腺前缘发出颞支、颧支、颊支下颌缘支和颈支。结论 任何因素引起面神经管内肿胀 ,均可引起面神经麻痹 ;在面神经管外面神经位置表浅 ,易受寒冷的刺激 。
Objective:To investigate the role of anatomy of faeical nerve and pathogenesis of faeial Paralysis. Methods :The faeial Were microanatomy and Studied of thirty Sides of adult Cadavers. Results:1. The branches Within the facial Canal:①Thegreater Petrosal nerve,it is the Centval Processes of the Pseudounipolar Cells of the geniculate ganglion;②The Stapedius nerve, It is a branch of anises from the facial nerve in the Posterion of eminentia Pyramidalis and posterior wall of the tympanic Cavity;③The Chorda tympani,It is a branch of arises from the faeical nerve about 6mm a bove the stylomastoid foramen.2.The Branches outside the faeial canel:After the faeial nenve exits from the stylomastoid formen ,It gives off the auricular Posterion nerve,digastricus nerve and stylohyoideus nerve. At the anterion border of the Parotid gland it divides in to the temporal branches, the zygomatic branches, buceal branches,The marginal mandibulan branch and Cervical braneh. Conclusion:A ony factor of Cause a Swelling of Within the faeial canal, Lead of facial paralysis; The branches of the facial nerves outside the facial canal is superficial ,The excitement by a cold is very easy, It is the morpholgical base of Pathogenesis of facial Paralysis.
