摘要
基于SECI模型忽视外部知识引入对组织学习影响这一缺陷,以SECI模型为基础,综合了Dore、Kim等人的研究,提出了(EM)SECI学习过程模型,用以更全面地说明IOE学习过程(个人———组织———环境学习过程),从组织和个人两个层面对如何提升组织学习力提出了建议。
Since SECI model ignores the effects caused by the introduction of external knowledge learning, this paper integrates the theories of Dore, Kim into SECI model, and puts forth a new model (EM) SECI which clarifies IOE learning process with the innovation process. Besides, the author gives some advice to an individual and an organization on how to improve the learning ability in an organization.
