摘要
文章有效整合知识溢出、组织学习和集群企业技术创新绩效三个方面的理论研究,将知识溢出、组织学习和集群企业技术创新绩效这三个关键要素纳入到同一个框架体系中,构建了知识溢出影响集群企业技术创新绩效的理论模型。同时,研究还通过传统产业集群中209家企业的问卷调查与结构方程模型分析,结果发现:知识溢出可以直接推动集群企业技术创新绩效,也可以通过组织学习影响集群企业技术创新绩效。在此基础上,本研究试图为集群企业通过组织学习获取技术创新绩效提供理论指导和对策建议。
According to the studies of knowledge spillover, orgatiizatiotial Ieanibig aiid leclmological innovation performance of cluster enteqirisesthe key factors are Integrated into a framework, and a tlieoretieal model is estaHIshed about how knowledge spillover affects technological innovation performance of cluster enterprises. Based oil questionnaires from 309 enterprises and analysis witli the Structural Ecjuation Model, they argue that knowledge spilloiter can promote techjwlogical iniiovation performance direEtiy of cluster enterprises, which can be also influenced by organizational learning.
