摘要
为解决常规冲砂管柱无法解决的漏失、地层污染的冲砂技术难题,研制了桥式转向冲砂管柱。桥式转向冲砂作业过程中,是油层段桥式皮碗工具与Z331自封封隔器管柱是实现油套转换,从而实现井下冲砂液流转向,达到所需冲砂目的井下管柱。通过桥式转向与自封封隔器以及小中心管的组合,密封有效性及冲砂作业实用性,按照设计目的完成作业;而耐磨、伸缩密封胶筒使用,可有效预防封隔器密封不严,有效控制砂阻、砂卡管柱,同时提高了胶桶密封面,因冲砂作业反复活动起下管柱而所需的耐磨性能,确保该工艺管柱的使用可靠性与实用性能的提升。
The bridge diverting sand washing string is researched in order to resolve difficult problem for conventional sand washing technique,such as circulation lost and reservoir damage.During the operation of bridge diverting sand washing,pumping fluid flow is diverted from the annular to the center tube interior by the bridge leather cup tools and Z331 self-sealing packer string that set in formation interval,Diverting fluid flow washes sand in the wellbore.The sand washing operation is implemented according to the program by the assembly of bridge diverting tool,self-sealing packer and smaller-sized center tube.Application of abrasion resistance and telescopic sealing packing element enhances effectively the sealing function of the packer,controls sand blocking string or sand sticking string,enlarges sealing area of packing element,meets abrasion resistance requirement that the sand washing string is repeatedly pulled up or run down,ensures working performance of this string and its reliability.
