摘要
本文对儿童用镇静中空栓剂的处方、制备工艺、质量控制、临床疗效等作了介绍，与水合氯醛合剂比较有明显的优越性，是儿童镇静催眠药理想的新剂型。
In this paper,a hollow type suppository of sedative for children is presented in respect to its ingredients,preparing technic,quality control,clinical effect and so on.The suppository is superior to chloral hydrate mixture and is a new form of sedative and hypnotic for children.
