摘要
介绍一种中空栓剂的小量制备法。制成的扑热息痛中空栓剂与市售栓剂进行了溶出度及兔体内生物利用度的研究。前者释药较快,生物利用度较好。
A new type of paracetamol suppository with a hollow cavity. Thedissolution rate and the bioavailability measured in rabbits of the hollow sup-pository was superior to those of the conventional one.
