摘要
本文采用熔融法制得了氨苄青霉素栓剂，对其进行了质量考察及体外溶出的研究。结果表明，以半合成脂肪酸酯为基质制得的栓剂，加入适量吐温８０能显著提高氨苄的体外溶出。
mpicillin suppository was prepared with melting
