摘要
目的探讨微型钛板钉内固定治疗手部掌、指骨干骺端骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法对43例患者54处掌、指骨干骺端骨折,采用微型钛金属板钉进行内固定治疗,并针对各种类型的骨折选用不同的接骨板固定。结果平均随访8个月(6个月～1年),54处骨折均完全愈合。根据TAM评分,优36例,良2例,中3例,差2例,优良率为88.3%。结论掌、指骨干骺端骨折,早期切开复位,坚强固定骨折,术后可以早期功能锻练,治疗结果满意,特别适合于合并神经血管和局部软组织损伤的病例。
Objective To investigate the methods and treatment outcome of internal fixation with Titanium mini-plate in treatment of metacarpus and phalange fracture in metaphysic. Methods Forty-three cases of 54 metacarpus and phalange fractures in metaphysic were fixed with different kinds of Titanium mini-plate as to different sites. Results All the fractures healed well in 8 months(ranging from 6 months to 12 months) postoperative follow-up.The outcome was evaluated by TAM rating system,36 cases of the group were excellent,2 good,3 fair,and poor 2. Conclusion Anatomical reduction,rigid fixation and early exercise play an important role in the excellent outcome of metacarpus and phalange fracture in metaphysic.
