摘要
目的 探讨国产微型钛板钉内固定治疗手部掌骨、指骨干骺端骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法 对 4 3例患者 5 4处掌骨、指骨干骺端骨折 ,采用微型钛金属板钉进行内固定治疗。对各种类型的骨折选用不同的接骨板固定。结果 平均随访 8个月 (6～ 12个月 ) ,5 4处骨折均完全愈合。根据 TAM评分 ,优 36例 ,良 2例 ,中 3例 ,差 2例 ,优良率为 88.3%。结论 掌指骨干骺端骨折 ,早期切开复位 ,坚强固定骨折 ,术后可以早期功能锻炼 ,治疗结果满意 。
Objective To investigate the methods and treatment of internal fixation with Titanium mini-plate in the treatment of metacarpus and phalange fracture in metaphysic.Methods 43 cases of 54 metacarpus and phalange fractures in metaphysic were fixed with different kinds of Titanium mini-plate different sites.Results All the fractures healed well with 8 month of average (ranging from 6 months to 12 months) post-operative follow-up.The outcome was evaluated by TAM rating system,36 of the group were excellent,2 good,3 fair,and 2 poor.Conclusion Anatomical reduction,rigid fixation and early exercise are the key to the excellent outcome of metacarpus and phalange fracture in metaphysic.
