摘要
采用显微组织分析方法, 对Д19ч铝合金铸锭及不同状态的Д19ч铝合金挤压棒材的过烧温度进行了研究, 确定了铸锭的均匀化温度及Д19ч铝合金的固溶处理温度。结合对不同成分、经不同温度固溶处理后的Д19ч铝合金拉伸性能的研究, 进一步验证Д19ч铝合金的固溶处理温度。
Abstract: The overheat temperature of Д19ч aluminum alloy ingot was studied by means of microstructure analysis. The homogenization temperature was obtained. Also a study on the overheat temperature of Д19ч aluminum alloy extrusion bar in vaious conditions to obtain the solution heat treatment temperature was made. After different solution heat treating, the tensile properties of Д19ч aluminum alloy with different compositions were investigated. The solution heat treatment temperature of Д19ч aluminum alloy was confirmed.
