摘要
战略联盟高达40%—55%的失败率一直是困扰联盟管理的一项难题,新战略联盟观要求企业调整价值创造视角,建立企业间一种竞争与合作的互动关系,以赢得可持续的稳定的竞争优势。
Up to 40 or 50 percent of failing rate of Strategic alliance is a major problem obsessed the management. The paper analyzed the dynamic stabilization of alliance in the context of evolutionary of industry, based on the theory of repeated game. The conclusion is that understanding the dynamics of new strategic alliance and implementing periodical strategic management are significant to the long-term cooperation among enterprises.
