摘要
企业家关系网络是中小企业实现网络化成长的重要工具。本文旨在探究中国差序格局下中小企业家的圈层式网络关系的变迁过程及演化规律,从"情"、"义"、"利"三者互动的角度,探讨了中小企业家的"圈子"网络由陌生人社会到熟人社会再到群己社会的变化过程,揭示了从资源供给到差序嵌入的二阶演化机制,提出了由"亲"、"忠"、"能"三个维度所构成的企业家圈层网络的立体差序格局。同时,从微观层面总结了中国文化背景下中小企业家社会关系网络建构的脉络、机理及路径依赖,为中小企业家网络关系治理提供了一个全新的解释框架。
Entrepreneurs" relationship network is an imperative instrument to promote SMEs" network growth. This paper aims to dis- cuss the transformation and evolution of SMEs" entrepreneur circles under the background of pattern of difference se- quence. From the interaction amongst affection, brotherhood and interest, the author argues the evolution course of SMEs" entrepreneur circles, which evolves from strangers" community to acquaintences" community, and then to community be- tween group and individual. Accordingly, a secondary evolution mechanism from resource supplement to embeddedness of difference sequence as well as a tridimensional entrepreneur circle pattern of intimation, loyalty and capability is present- ed. This paper summarizes the formation, mechanism and path dependence of SMEs entrepreneur micro circle relationship, providing a new framework for SMEs entrepreneur relationship governance.
