对冀承单3号玉米品种抗冷性生理基础的研究初探 被引量:3

摘要 抗冷玉米品种冀承单3号在6±1℃和光照条件下叶片保水能力强,质膜相对电导率低。而不耐冷的单玉13品种保水能力差,质膜相对电导率增高;抗冷品种在低温胁迫时SOD和CAT活性升高,而冷敏品种降低,玉米的耐冷性与POD无关。 With chilling treatments (6 ±1℃) in the light condition , the conserving water activities were stronger, the relative electric conduction rates of cell membrane were lower in the leaves of Jichengdan 3 cultivar seedlings than Danyu 13 Cultivar seedlings. The activities of SOD and CAT in the leaves of clod resistant cultivar rose in the chilling condition, but declined in the leaves of cold sensitive culilvar. The cold resistant activity would not be relative with POD.
