温度胁迫下甘蓝型油菜苗期生理生化指标的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以不同来源的16个甘蓝型油菜骨干系亲本为材料,对温度胁迫处理前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、电导率和叶绿素含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明:电导率、可溶性蛋白、MDA含量和Pro含量变化在材料间存在显著差异,在一定程度上反映了甘蓝型油菜品种的抗逆性强弱,可作为甘蓝型油菜苗期鉴定抗逆性强弱筛选的生理指标,叶绿素、SOD活性和CAT活性变化趋势不明显,不宜作为抗逆性鉴定的生理指标。对多个生理指标综合分析后证明单一生理指标对材料抗逆性筛选比较困难。通过对温度胁迫下材料的电导率、可溶性蛋白、Pro含量及MDA含量比较得知,15号材料在温度胁迫条件下表现出较强的耐热性与抗寒性,14号材料表现出较好的耐热性,2号材料表现出较好的抗寒性,可以作为育种材料加以利用。 In this study, SOD activities, CAT activities, Malondialdehyde content, soluble protein content, proline content ,electrolytic leakage and chlorophyll content were measured before and after temperature stress treatment with sixteen parent lines of Brassica napus L.. The results indicated that the changes of electrolytic leakage, soluble protein content, Malondialdehyde content and proline content had a significant positive correlation with the strength tolerance of B. napus and reflected the stress resistance among materials in Brassica napus L. So they could be used as excellent screening index. The changes of SOD activities, chlorophyll content had no relations with the tempera- ture tolerance of B. napus. Therefore they could not be used as the screening index. The results also showed that it was hard to distinguish the temperature tolerance with single physiological and biochemical indexes among the mate- rials in B. napus. We also found that the No. 15 showed strong heat resistance and cold resistance under temperature stress conditions by comparative the electrolytic leakage, Malondialdehyde content, soluble protein content and pro- line content. No. 14 showed good heat resistance while No. 2 showed good cold resistance. They could be used as the breeding parent lines to screening the anti-adversity varieties in the future.
