摘要
培养箱模拟试验,以金产5号为材料,设置播种温度为7℃,低温持续时间为9 d(处理1)和14 d(处理2)2个处理。在三叶期测定还原性糖含量、过氧化物酶活性等生理指标。结果表明,还原糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、根系活力处理1显著高于处理2;POD活性和SOD活性处理1显著低于处理2,CAT活性处理1略高于处理2,但无显著性差异。播种后低温持续时间对叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶活性无显著性影响,说明长期低温对植株苗期的生理代谢、根系活力造成损伤,植株通过提高POD、SOD酶活性缓解低温对植物体造成的伤害。
JinChan 5 was used as the material in the test and the temperature was setting to 7~C. The time duration was 9 days (T1) and 14 (T2) days. The reducing sugar content, peroxidase activity and other physiological indexes at third leaf stage were determined. The results showed that reducing sugar content, soluble protein content and root ac- tivity were significantly higher at T1 than T2. The peroxidase activity and SOD activity were significantly lower at T1 than T2. The hydrogen peroxide enzyme content was slightly higher at T1 than T2, however, there was no significant difference. There were no significant effects on the chlorophyll content and catalase activity in the test. The results suggested that long-term low temperature caused damage to the physiological metabolism and root activity of plants at the seedling stage. Plants ease low temperature damage by increasing the activity of peroxidase and SOD activity
