摘要
目的探讨采用Ollier氏切口治疗累及髋臼负重顶的前后柱骨折的疗效。方法24例患者均为累及负重顶的复杂髋臼骨折,全部经Ollier氏切口显露髋臼的前后柱,同时做复位,重建钢板螺钉内固定。结果24例患者根据Matta标准,髋臼均达到解剖复位,术后8周即可达到骨折临床愈合,术后功能恢复满意。结论累及髋臼负重顶的骨折,可采用Ollier氏切口,一期开放复位内固定,具有疗效好、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。
To study the clinical value of Ollier cision in the operative treatment of fractures of the Dosterior well of the acetabulum. 24 patients with fractures of the Dosterior well of the acetabulum were all treated by Ollier cision in the operative treatment, and were reposited & fixed by steel bolt. The all patients were recovered within 8 weeks by Matta Criterion and had good result. [Conclusions] There are lower postoperative complications in Ollier cision in the operative treatment of fractures of the Dosterior well of the acetabulum, which can be put into practice in clinic with good results.
