摘要
目的:测量正常人体髋臼月状关节面面积,揭示髋臼各柱关节面的形态特点及其临床意义.方法:在52块髋骨上,运用石膏塑形髋臼关节面,展平等比例描迹成二维图,分别用数字求积和计算机Photoshop 7.0软件进行测量观察,验证分析其结果.结果:求积仪测得髋臼月状关节面面积为(25.45±2.81)cm^2,其中前柱关节面为 (3.21±0.64) cm^2,中柱 (髋臼顶负重区域)为(13.13±1.86) cm^2,后柱为(9.13±1.79) cm^2;Photoshop 7.0软件测得髋臼月状关节面面积为(25.43±3.04) cm^2, 其中前柱为(3.19±0.69) cm^2, 中柱为(13.08±2.16) cm^2,后柱为(9.15±1.76) cm^2. 两种测量方法在各柱关节面测量结果差异均无统计学意义.性别测量统计男性大于女性,而侧别无明显差异.结论:髋臼中柱关节面面积〉后柱〉前柱,髋臼顶负重区域关节面完整性对维持髋关节稳定起重要作用,本研究结果对髋臼创伤预后的评估具有重要意义.
Objective: To quantitatively measure the area of the normal acetabular articular surface and reveal the anatomical characteristics and clinical significance of the acetabular articular surface of the column wall. Methods: In the 52 hip bones, the gypsum shaping acetabular articular surface was flatten into a two-dimensional diagram tracing and the numerical quadrature, and computer software Photoshop 7.0 were used to measure and analyze the results. Results: By planimeter, the acetabular articular surface area was 25.45±2.81 cm^2 , of which the articular surface of anterior column was 3.21±0. 64 cm^2, articular surface of the middle column (acetabular roof weight-bearing area) was 13.13±1.86 cm^2 , and the articular surface of the posterior column was 9.13± 1.79 cm^2 ; By photoshop 7.0, the acetabular articular surface area was 25.43±3.04 cm^2, of which articular surface of anterior column was 3.19±0. 68 cm^2, the articular surface of middle column 13. 08±2. 16 cm^2 , and articular surface of posterior column was 9. 15±1.76 cm^2. There was no significant difference in the column artic- ular surface measured by those two different measurements. The statistical results showed that data of male were more than those of female, while no significant differences were found in sides between left and right. Conclusion: The articular surface is progressive in the middle column, the posterior column and the anterior column. The weight-bearing region plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of the stability of the hip, and it is of great significance for the evaluation of acetabular trauma prognosis.
