摘要
针对在舰船研制技术风险评估中所采用的专家意见具有未确知性,提出了一种基于D -S证据合成理论来融合未确知性信息的方法;将每名专家的意见综合为专家组的一致意见,使评估结果更合理;通过实例说明该方法的有效性。
As the fact that the experts′ opinions applied in the technical risk evaluation of ship development are of unascertained, this paper presents a synthesis method of the unascertained information based on the Dempster-Shafer (D-S) theory, which makes the result of evaluation more creditable. With a practical example, the method proposed is proved to be effective.
