摘要
目的观察薄芝糖肽注射液配合治疗晚期癌症的疗效、生活质量变化及毒副反应。方法将76例癌症患者随机分成薄芝糖肽加化疗组(治疗组)和单纯化疗组(对照组)各38例,21 d为1周期。治疗2周期结束后评价疗效、生活质量及毒副反应。结果 2组近期疗效比较无显著差异(P>0.05),但治疗组生活质量改善明显优于对照组,各项消化道毒副反应及骨髓抑制明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论薄芝糖肽注射液治疗晚期癌症可以明显减轻晚期癌症化疗患者毒、副反应及改善生活质量。
Objective To observe the efficacy of injection Bozhi glycopeptide on the treatment of advanced cancer, quality of life changes and toxicity. Methods 76 cases of cancer were randomly divided into groups of Bozhi glycopeptide chemotherapy （treatment group） and chemotherapy （control group ）.Each patient received at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy which 21 days was one cycle,then evaluated the efficacy,toxicity and quality of life. Results There was no significant difference between the short-term effect of two groups （P〉0.05）,but the treatment group was clearly better than the control group on the improved quality of life, the toxicity to gastrointestine, and bone marrow suppression （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bozhi glycopeptide injection therapy can significantly reduce toxicity and side-effects of advanced cancer chemotherapy, improve the quality of life.
