摘要
藻酸双酯钠对部分纯化的人红胞胞蛋白激酶C活力呈剂量依赖性抑制。藻酸双酯钠预先处理红细胞可阻止十四酰佛波乙酸酯诱导的蛋白激酶C由胞浆向胞膜的移位。这提示,藻酸双酯钠可抑制蛋白激酶C的激活。
Protein kinase C was partially purified from human erythrocyte cytosol,its activity was inhibited in a dose - dependent manner by PSS. Pretreatment of human erythrocytes with PSS resulted in the attenuation of phorbol myristate acetate - induced translocation of protein kinase C from cytosol to membrane. It was suggested that PSS inhibits the activation of protein kinase C.
