两种中草药的SOD活性测定及其对细胞体外培养存活时间的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分别以改良的连苯二酚自氧化法和极谱氧电极法测量了两种药用植物(祁州漏芦和女贞子)提取液MPE-1和MPE-2含有的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。检测结果表明,MPE-1和MPE-2的SOD活性分别为131.3u/ml和298.5u/ml.以MPE-1和MPE-2为培养液添加物的人红细胞体外培养试验证实,这两种中药提取液均能稍微延长人红细胞体外培养的存活时间。 The superoxied dismutase(SOD)activity Of two medicinal plant extracts(MPE-1 and MPE-2),extracted from Rhaponticum uniflorum DC. and Ligustrum lucidum Ait,respectively,Was detected with modified Pyrogallol autokidation method and the polarographic oxygen electrode method.The results revealed that the SOD activity of MPE-2 was higher than that of MPE-1,and they were 298. 5 u/nd and 131.3u/ml respectively. The experiment of human erythrocyte culture in vitro with MPE-1 and MPE-2 as additives was completed,and the result showed that both the two extracts prolonged slightly the living time of human erythrocytes in Vitro.
