不同盐度下尼罗罗非鱼、萨罗罗非鱼和以色列红罗非鱼幼鱼生长、成活率及肥满系数的差异 被引量:51

Variation of growth,survival rate and condition factor of juvenile Oreochromis niloticus,Sarotherodon melanotheron and Israeli red tilapia at different salinities

摘要 用1m×1m×1m的实验网箱,在盐度分别为0、10、20及30的水体中进行尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromisniloticus)、萨罗罗非鱼(Sarotherodonmelanotheron)和以色列红罗非鱼(Israeliredtilapia)幼鱼的养殖实验。结果表明:(1)盐度、鱼的种类及盐度-鱼类的交互作用都对3种罗非鱼的生长及体重变异系数有显著影响(P<0 05);3种罗非鱼的成活率和肥满系数只受鱼的种类影响(P<0 05);盐度、盐度-鱼类的交互作用对其都无显著影响。(2)生长和盐度之间的回归关系在尼罗罗非鱼和以色列红罗非鱼较显著,在萨罗罗非鱼显著性较差。(3)尼罗罗非鱼和以色列红罗非鱼的生长随着盐度的降低而加快,萨罗罗非鱼的生长随着盐度的降低而减慢。在3种鱼中,盐度在6 9以下时,尼罗罗非鱼生长最快;盐度7 4~28 7时,以色列红罗非鱼生长最快;盐度高于29 0时,萨罗罗非鱼生长最快。(4)在实验的4种盐度下,萨罗罗非鱼的成活率都高于以色列红罗非鱼和尼罗罗非鱼,而除了在淡水中外,以色列红罗非鱼的成活率又都高于尼罗罗非鱼;萨罗罗非鱼的肥满系数都显著高于尼罗罗非鱼和以色列红罗非鱼,而以色列红罗非鱼的肥满系数和尼罗罗非鱼的没有显著差异。 The growth experiment about GIFT strain of Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus) F_(7) introduced from ICLARM,blackchin tilapia(Sarotherodon melanotheron) F_(1) introduced from America and Israeli red tilapia F_(2 ) introduced from Israeli was conducted in 1m×1m×1m cages at several salinities of 0,10,20 and 30.The major results were as follows.(1) No matter what body weight gain daily or instantaneous growth rate was,the fastest growth rates were Nile tilapia at salinity 0 in all experiment treatments;the slowest growth rates were blackchin tilapia at salinity 0 for body weight gain daily and salinity 10 for instantaneous growth rate.The growth and variation of body weight of the three tilapias were significantly (P<0.05) influenced by salinity,fish species and their interaction.Survival rates and condition factors of the three tilapias were significantly (P<0.05) influenced only by fish species.(2)The regression relation of Nile tilapia and Israeli red tilapia were significant between growth and salinity,but it was not significant to blackchin tilapia.(3)Growth rate of Nile tilapia and Israeli red tilapia decreased with the increase of salinity,which was contrary to blackchin tilapia.To body weight gain daily,Nile tilapia had a most fast growth at salinity 7.4 among the three tilapias.The blackchin tilapia's growth rate was higher than that of Nile tilapia when salinity was above 25.3.When salinity was above 29.0,blackchin tilapia had a most growth rate among the three tilapias.For instantaneous growth rate,Nile tilapia had a most fast growth rate when salinity was below 6.9 among the three tilapias.The growth rate of blackchin tilapia was higher than that of Nile tilapia when salinity was above 24.9.When salinity was above 28.7,blackchin tilapia had a most growth rate among the three tilapias.(4)The survival rates of the three tilapias were all relatively low because of unconformable conditions.Blackchin tilapia had higher survival rate than Israeli red tilapia at all salinities,except freshwater,in which the survival rate of Israeli red tilapia was higher than that of Nile tilapia.The condition factors of blackchin tilapia were higher significantly than that of Nile tilapia and Israeli red tilapia,but there were not significantly different between Nile tilapia and Israeli red tilapia.
