摘要
在实验条件下,对罗非鱼五个品系,即吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼、“78”品系尼罗罗非鱼、奥利亚罗非鱼、尼奥鱼和红罗非鱼的耐盐性进行了比较研究。在96h半致死盐度(MLS-96)、平均成活时间(MST)及50%成活时间(MT50)三个耐盐指标上,五个品系罗非鱼的耐盐性表现为“奥利亚”>红罗非鱼>尼奥鱼>“吉富”>“78”。在盐度为16‰的咸淡水中,“奥利亚”、红罗非鱼、“吉富”和尼奥鱼的成活率显著高于“78”,绝对增重率的大小顺序是“吉富”>红罗非鱼>“78”、尼奥鱼>“奥利亚”。
Comparisons of salt tolerance among five stocks of tilapia: GIFT strain of Nile tilapia, ' 78 ' strain of Nile tilapia, blue tilapia, Nile tilapia (♀) × blue tilapia () and red tilapia were conducted in laboratory. The result showed the range of salt tolerance was blue tilapia > red tilapia > Nile tilapia × blue tilapia > GIFT strain > ' 78 ' strain, at three indices of mean survival time ( MST ), 50% survival time ( ST 50 ) and ninty six hours median lethal salinity ( MLS 96 ). Culture test showed that, in survival rate, blue tilapia, red tilapia, GIFT strain and Nile tilapia × blue tilapia was higher than ' 78 ' strain significantly; absolute growth rate in body weight was GIFT strain > red tilapia > ' 78 ' strain and Nile tilapia × blue tilapia > blue tilapia in 16‰ brackishwater .
