摘要
本文研究了绿豆的种质差异、光照、真叶和下胚轴与BR促进的绿豆上胚轴生长的关系。发现绿豆品系的差异显著地影响上胚轴对BR的响应;BR可抵消光对上胚轴生长的抑制作用;真叶和下胚轴可显著地影响BR促进的上胚轴的生长;BR不能促进已停止生长的、发育成熟的下胚轴细胞的伸长,但可促进下胚轴中RNA的大量合成,主要是rRNA的合成,对DNA和mRNA的合成没有影响。认为下胚轴增加BR促进的上胚轴的伸长作用与RNA在下胚轴中大量地合成有关。
Relationship of strain character,light , leaf and hypocotyl to brassinolide(BR ) promoted epicotyl growth in mung bean cuttings were studied. It was found that strain character of mung bean affects obviously the response of epicotyl to BR,BR antagonizes the inhibition of light to epicotyl growth , leaf and hypocotyl in-crease obviously BR-promoted epicotyl growth,BR doesn’t promote the cell elonga-tion in hypocotyl that has stopped growth,but it promotes largely RNA synthesis,that is mainly rRNA synthesis and isn’t DNA and mRNA, It is considered that hypocotyl increased the effect of BR-promoted epicotyl growth is related to RNA synthesis in hypocotyl.
