摘要
目的通过研究黏附分子Syndecan-1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达,探讨其与胶质瘤浸润发展的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法,检测41例人脑胶质瘤手术切除标本及8例正常脑组织的Syndecan-1表达。结果Syndecan-1在胶质瘤中的表达明显低于对照组(P<0.05);胶质瘤Ⅰ～Ⅱ级组与Ⅲ-Ⅳ级组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论Syndecan-1与胶质瘤的浸润发展有一定的相关性。
Objective The aim of the study is to investigate the expression of Syndecan-1 in gliomas, and the correlation between the expression of Syndecan-1 and the invasive behavior of glioma. Methods Immunohistochmical SP was performed to detect the expression of Syndecan-1 in frozen section of surgical samples from 41 patients with glioma and 8 samples of normal brain tissues. Results The expression of Syndecan-1 in gliomas was significantly lower than that in normal brain tissues(P <0.05). While there was no obvious difference between high-grade gliomas and low-grade gliomas in the expression of Syndecan-l(P >0.05). Conclusion This study indicates that Syndecan-1 may be correlated with the invasive behavior of glioma.
