摘要
目的 :探讨术前化疗药物顺铂对肝细胞肝癌syndecan 1表达的影响。方法 :应用免疫组化技术 (ABC法 )检测syndecan 1在未化疗组和顺铂化疗组肝细胞肝癌的表达。结果 :在 47例肝细胞癌中 ,31例未化疗者syndecan 1阳性表达13例 ,而在 16例化疗者中syndecan 1阳性表达 13例。化疗组syndecan 1阳性表达率高于未化疗组 ,有显著性差别 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :顺铂化疗会增加肝细胞肝癌syndecan 1的表达 。
Objective:To investigate the effect of chemotherapy drug cisplatin on the expression in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods: Forty seven fomalin fixed sections were obtained. The syndecan 1 was measured with immunohistochemistry assay (ABC method). Results:Among 31 nonchemotherapy HCC tissues, 13(41.9%)showed positive staining,while the syndecan 1 positive rate in HCC with chemothreapy group of cisplatin was 13(81.3%)among 16 cases.The syndecan 1 positive rate in chemotherapy group was higher than that of nonchemotherapy group with significant difference(81.3%vs41.9%, P <0.05).Conclusion:Our study indicated that chemotherapy drug cisplatin could increase the expression of sydecan 1 and may be useful in the prognosis of HCC.
