摘要
目的观察NBT对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的影响。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉梗塞(MCAO)造成局部脑缺血模型,观察NBT对脑缺血大鼠行为症状、脑梗死面积、脑组织含水量的影响。结果预先给予NBT0.21g/kg,0.42g/kg7d,可减轻MCAO大鼠行为障碍、减少脑梗死面积、降低脑组织的含水量(P<0.05)。结论NBT对大鼠脑缺血有一定的预防作用。
Objective To observe the effect of NBT on the cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods The middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) of rats was induced. The change of behavior, the area of ischemia, the water content in rats pretreated with NBT 0.21 g/kg , 0.42g/kg were observed. Results The disorder of behavior was alleviated (P<0. 05), the area of ischemia and the water content in brain were decreased in rats with NBT (P<0.05). Conclusion NBT may protect the cerebral ischemia from injury in rats.
