摘要
介绍基于机器视觉技术的某反射式多光束引导定位系统的工作原理和误差来源,并针对其误差提出了从硬件和软件两方面减小误差的方法: (1)采用高精度测量仪器校准关键零件位置精度,及采用有限元方法仿真技术获得关键零件的最小形变; (2)采用改进的边缘检测算法,提取精确边,减小因CCD器件本身物理性质带来的误差。通过以上措施,保证了系统精度。
Introduces the operating principle and errors of a reflection type light beam-guided positioning system based on machine vision, and proposes the measures which from hardware and software to reduce the errors: (1) ensure the position precision of key parts with high precision measuring device and attain the minimal displacement of key parts with the help of finite element method; (2) reduce the errors from the physical property of CCD by applying the improved edge detection algorithm to attain accuracy edge. With all of these measures taken, an ideal effect is got.
