车床在大修的过程中,对于中溜板丝杠螺母副,以前修复时,由于螺母中心位置确定不够准确,使丝杠螺母副配合不同心而产生偏心,以致出现手轮转动时松时紧现象。针对这一问题,详细介绍了一套螺母中心孔的精确定位方法——“锥尖定心法”。
