摘要 支气管哮喘是一种与遗传有关的I型超敏反应性疾病,其发生受多个基因及环境因素的共同影响,长期以来,β2肾上腺素能受体功能在哮喘发病中的地位一直备受关注,随着分子生物学技术的发展,人们可以从基因水平上探讨二者之间的关系. Bronchial asthma belongs to type I hyper-sensitive disease which is related to genetics, and affected by several genes and environmental factors, the function of β_2 adrenergic receptor has been intensively attending in asthma in a long term, we may discuss the relation between them from genetic level with molecular biological technology.
