变应性疾病的遗传学基础

摘要 变应性疾病即IgE介导的Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病属多基因病。近年来，关于其分子遗传机制的研究备受关注。本文旨在对变应性疾病的遗传学研究策略、内在困难及遗传学模式等做一综述。
