摘要
目的 研究老年男性中血清瘦素与血糖和年龄的相互关系及其探讨临床意义。方法 用放射免疫分析法测定34例老年男性的瘦素,胰岛素等指标并进行相关性分析。结果 在老年人中,瘦素与年龄和血糖正相关r=0.6180,p=0.0052;r=0.5705, p=0.0263);正常血糖组的瘦素和年龄明显高于高血糖组(p= 0. 0415, p= 0.0033)。结论 随着年龄的增加,血糖升高,导致瘦素分泌的增加。瘦素在血糖调节中具有重要的作用。
Objective To study the relationship among the leptin and serum glucose and age in old men.Methods The level of leptin and insulin(34 old men)were detected by radioimmunoassay and annlysed by correlation.Results A significant positive correlation was found among leptin concentration and age and glucose concentration analyzed by correlation and multivariate regression analysis(r=0.6810,p=0.0052;r=0.5705,p=0.0263).Conclusions The Evidence that hyperglycemia(induced by aging)increased leptin secretion,Leptin is being recognized to play an integral role in blood glucose regulation.
