摘要
目的:比较高效液相色谱法与荧光偏振免疫法测定全血环孢素A是否具有相关性。方法:全血中的环孢素A分别采用高效液相色谱法和荧光偏振免疫法提取并测定。结果:荧光偏振免疫法测定值高于高效液相色谱法,两种方法比较的回归方程为y=1.6722x-21.106,r2=0.9268。结论:高效液相色谱法与荧光偏振免疫法具有良好的相关性,可以从一种方法得出另一种方法的预测值。
Objective To compare the methods of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) in measuring of whole blood cyclosporin A (CsA). Method To measure the whole blood cyclosporin A with HPLC and FPIA. Results In both cases, the FPIA gave significantly higher values then the HPLC. The regression equation for the two methods was y=1.6722x-21.106, and the correlation index was r2 =0.9268. Conclusion There is a good correlation of HPLC with FPIA. You can obtain a test result from other one by the regression equation.
