摘要
目的 探讨bcl- 2蛋白在精索静脉曲张大鼠生精细胞中的表达及其意义。 方法 采用成年雄性Wistar大鼠复制左精索静脉曲张模型;应用免疫组化SP法检测睾丸组织中bcl -2蛋白表达率。 结果 实验组左侧睾丸bcl- 2蛋白表达率(65. 32% ±21. 33% )较对照组(83. 48% ±20. 78% )显著降低(P<0. 05)。 结论 精索静脉曲张引起的生精细胞凋亡,可能是通过bcl- 2蛋白通道的负向调节实现的。
Objective To investigate the expression of bcl -2 protein in testicular germ cell of experimental varicocele rats and its signifi cance. Methods Experimental varicocele was induced by partial ligation of the left renal vein in Wistar rats,the expression of bcl-2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression rate of bcl-2 protein in the experimental rats was decreased markedly compared with the control group(65.32%±21.33% vs 93.48%±20.78%). Conclusion Apoptosis of the spermatogenic cells caused by varicocele may be realize d from negative mediation through bcl-2 protein pathway.
