以刺梨和芦荟为原料,以白砂糖、柠檬酸为辅料,结合正交实验筛选出最佳配方,制成色、香、味俱佳的天然保健饮料。
The technology of developing Rosa rox-burghii aloe healthy drink by using rosa roxburghii .aloe and sugar ., citric acid was studied. By way of orthogonal test, the optimal formula was determined, the drink obtained have good color .taste and fragrance.
