摘要
目的: 观察地塞米松对红斑狼疮(SLE)小鼠抗心磷脂(aCL)抗体、抗磷脂酰胆碱(aPC)抗体、抗磷脂酰丝氨酸(aPS)抗体、抗磷脂酰肌醇(aPI)抗体、抗磷脂酸(aPA)抗体和抗磷脂酰乙醇胺(aPE)抗体的影响。方法:11只NZB×NZWF1雌性小鼠随机分为地塞米松组(1mg/kg)6只,生理盐水组(0. 2ml/日)5只,每日1次腹腔注射;选BXSB雌性小鼠16只、正常雌性C57BL/6小鼠12只作对照,用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组小鼠的抗磷脂抗体A值进行比较。结果:地塞米松组6种抗磷脂抗体A均值比生理盐水组明显降低(P<0.05), 与BXSB、C57BL/6小鼠比无统计学差异。结论:NZB×NZWF1小鼠经地塞米松治疗后6种抗磷脂抗体的水平显著下降。
Objective: To study the effect of dexamethasone on the anticardiolipin (aCL) antibody, antiphosphatidyl choline (aPC) antibody, antiphosphatidyl serine (aPS) antibody, antiphosphatidyl inositol (aPI) antibody, antiphosphatidic acid (aPA) antibody and antiphosphatidyl ethanolamine (aPE) antibody in mice model of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: Eleven NZB NZW F1 female mice were divided randomly into 2 groups: 6 in group DEX (dexamethasone, 1 mg/kg) and 5 in group NS (normal saline, 0.2 ml/day). Sixteen female BXSB mice and 12 normal female C57BL/6 mice were as controls. Antiphospholipid antibodies were examined by using ELISA method. Results: The A value of 6 kinds of antiphospholipid antibodies in group DEX decreased significantly compared with those in group NS. There were no difference among group DEX, BXSB, and C57BL/6. Conclusion: The levels of antiphospholipid antibodies in NZB×NZW F1 mice decreased after the therapy with dexamethasone.
