摘要
反复自然流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)是妊娠期常见一种并发症,其病因非常复杂。近年来的生殖免疫学认为,抗心磷脂抗体(anti-cardiolipin antibodies,ACA)的存在与流产的发生有着密切的关系。笔者就ACA的性质、导致自然流产的机制以及治疗研究进展等作一综述。
Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion is a common complication of pregnancy, it~ etiology is complex. In recent years, reproduc tive immunology supports that anti - cardiolipin antibody in the patients is closely related with abortion. The ACA properties, mecha nism, leading to spontaneous abortion and treatment research progress are reviewed.
