摘要
随着介质材料在电子领域的广泛应用,准确了解电磁参数值,对判断介质材料在电磁场中的效应是必要的.测试系统主要是采用波导测试系统样品进行测试,并用MATLAB软件编程实现介电常数的数学计算,用VB编程语言进行接口的控制.通过样品的多次测量证明了理论推导的正确性.
With the wide use of dielectric material in electronic field, it is essential to exactly know the electromagnetic parameter value and to judge the effect of dielectric material in electromagnetic field. This testing system mainly tests the musters by using waveguide testing system, and mathematically calculates the electric constants through MATLAB software programming and controls the interface by VB programming language. The result of multimeasurements on the musters proves the correctness of the theoretical deduction.
