摘要
当前中国城乡建设规划中存在的问题与传统的以城市为中心、以经济为导向、以速度为目标的城乡建设模式是分不开的,因此在"十二五"期间,传统的城市建设模式应向城乡统筹建设、综合宜居型城乡建设、集约型城乡建设模式转型,城乡建设规划编制需采取全域统筹、一体化建设的规划理念,提升建设规划在现有规划体系中的地位和作用,促使建设规划从部门规划向全局性规划转型,并充分发挥市民在建设规划中的积极作用。
Current problems in urban development are relevant to urban centered, economic oriented, and speed privileged concepts. In 12th five year plan period, traditional urban development model should transit toward integral, comprehensive, and compact urban-rural integration. The role of construction plan should be improved to promote separate to comprehensive planning transformation and improve public participation.
