摘要
文章介绍CAPRICE型10GHzECR源磁场构形的改进。改进后使Ar ̄(8+)离子束流增强约20%且注入级和引出级线圈的电功率消耗分别降低10%和20%以上。
The improvement on the magnetic field configuration is carried out. A benefit in Ar ̄(8+) beamcurrent of approximate 20% is achieved for improved magnetic field configuration. The averageelectric power consumption for source solenoids is decreased by 10% for injection side and morethan 20% for extraction side of the source, respectively.
