摘要
用热膨胀仪(Dilatometer)、热综合分析仪(Tg-DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对TeO_2单晶的热膨胀行为进行了实验研究。首次报道了用顶杆法测定370~500℃、沿α和c轴向的TeO_2单晶热膨胀系数α_α和α_c;用Tg-DTA法测定TeO_2的熔点并对其热膨胀系数和熔点的关系作了讨论;还从TeO_2单晶的晶体结构和解理特性以及α轴和c轴的化学键键强比较对其热膨胀的各向异性行为作了进一步探讨。
In this paper,the thermal expansion behaviour of the TeO_2 single erystal isstudied experimentally by the push-rod dilatometery Tg-DTA and X-Ray diffrac-tion methods.It is the first time to measure the thermal expension coefficient ofthe TeO_2 single crystal along a and c axes in the temperature region of 370~500℃by the push-rod dilatometer method.Furthermore,the anisotropy of the thermalexpansion of the TeO_2 single crystal is studied according to the structure and thecharacteristic of cleavage as well as the comparison of the chemical bonding stre-ngth of a and c axes.
