摘要
本文对石英基体内添加氮化硼纤维制成的复合材料(BNf-SiO_2)的热膨胀特性进行了研究.实验测定了不同体积密度引起的材料热膨胀率的变化.探讨了 BNf-SiO_2复合材料的结构与其热膨胀行为的关系.本文还试用 Turner 的经验方程计算了它的热膨胀系数.计算结果与实验测定值具有一定的相符性,可作为实测数据可靠性的判据之一.
The composite material(BNf-SiO_2)was made by adding boron nitride fiber into the basalsilica.The thermal expansion characteristics of the composite material(BNf-SiO_2)are studiedin this paper.The thermal expansion changes due to different density of the material aredetermined through experiments.We also studied the relationship between the structure ofthe composite material and its thermal expansion characteristic.In this paper,we tried tocalculate its thermal expansion coefficient using Terner's experimental equation.The calculatedresults show certain coincidence with experimentally measured value.Therefore the calculatedvalue can be considered as one of the basis for judging the reliability of the measured thermalexpansion data.
