摘要
复合式滑动导向钻井方式在定向井、水平井井眼轨迹控制中有其独特的优点。对目前油田常用的复合式滑动导向钻具组合的导向力进行了计算分析。结果表明 ,并不是所有的复合式导向钻具组合都具有稳斜或微增效果 ,有的钻具组合可能具有降斜特性 ,因而在使用复合式导向钻具组合前 ,应对其进行仿真分析。在现场使用时 ,可以用装置角为 90°或 2 70°时的造斜力近似作为该导向钻具组合在复合钻井时的导向特征。同时 ,在使用复合式导向钻具组合进行井眼轨迹控制时 ,应注意螺杆钻具的质量 ,并采用合理的施工参数 ,以免发生钻具断脱事故。
The compounding slide steering drilling mode has its specific advantages in trajectory control of directional well and horizontal well. This paper calculates and analyzes the steering force of the conventional compounding slide steering assemblies. The results show that not all the assemblies exhibit angle holding or slight building-up capacity, and some even make angle dropping holes. Therefore, the steering ability of the BHAs should be simulated and analyzed before they are run in.The deviation force on bit when the tool face angle equals 90 degrees or 270 degrees could be approximately used as the steering characteristics of the assembly.It should be emphasized that the quality of downhole motor must be paid much attention to,and suitable drilling parameters should be applied so as to avoid pipe breakage or screwing off accidents.
