摘要
在阐述企业人本管理的内涵的基础上对竞技体育的人本管理内涵提出自己的观点,分析了竞技体育人本化管理的运行机制,通过竞技体育的特点以及人本管理给竞技体育带来的心理优势来阐述对竞技体育进行人本管理的重要性。
