竞技体育外显组织文化特征研究

A Study of the Characteristics of the Overt Organization and Culture in Competitive Sports

摘要 文章通过对组织文化的内涵的探究以及竞技体育组织文化的表现两个方面,阐述了组织文化对竞技体育管理的重要性和前瞻性。从五个方面逐一分析了竞技体育中外显组织文化的特征。 This paper makes a study of the characteristics of the overt organization and culture in competitive sports. It also shows its importance to the sport management of competitive sports.
