鉴于高频慢性刺激丘脑中间核来治疗帕金森氏病是一种非破坏性方法而引起人们的重视。用慢性刺激腹中间核来长时间抑制震颤,疗效是明显的。它的逆转性和适应性使丘脑腹中间核刺激优于丘脑术和腹侧核毁损术。
High-frequency chronic stimulation of the ventral intermediate nucleus (Vim) treating Parkinson's disease (PD) has aroused great attention in view of the fact that it is a non-destructive method. Long-term suppression of tremor is realized by chronic stimulation Vim, the therapeutic effect is obvious. Its reversibility and adaptability make chronic Vim thalamic stimulation preferable to thalamotomy and ventral lateral nucleus damage method.
