摘要
临床实践证实,食道心房调搏技术能用来治疗室上性心动过速(简称室上速),但对房室结折返性心动过速的治疗效果不甚理想,而采用心内电脉冲刺激疗法能获得满意疗效。认为这是治疗室上性心动过速的一种新方法。
Clinical Practice verified that the esophagusatrial pace technique canbe used to treat superventricular tachycardia,but the therapeutic effect is not ideal to atrialventricular node reentrant tachycardia.We adopted intraheart electronic pulse stimulation which could get satisfactory effect.It is considereb that it is a new the- rapeutical method of superventricular tachycardia.
